Dear participant, thank you for your interest in this questionnaire. The aim of this questionnaire is to try to better understand the preferences of individuals with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) for nature-based rehabilitation. It can be answered by anyone who has COPD. The questionnaire should take 15 minutes to complete, and it can be paused and re-started without losing your previous replies by clicking again on the link received. The questionnaire is broken down into four sections. Firstly, questions about how you spend time in nature, then there is a willingness to pay exercise, then some questions about yourself followed by some optional questions on your preferences and opinions of the nature-based rehabilitation.
